Question 1

What is your typical turnaround time?

Accepted Answer

Most orders ship within 3–4 weeks of artwork approval. Larger volume orders may require additional production time, and rush options are available on request.

Question 2

Is shipping really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes — FREE shipping is included on every uniform order, with no exceptions and no hidden handling fees.

Question 3

How does the design process work?

Accepted Answer

After you submit a quote request, a TPP designer reaches out, gathers your team colors, logos, and sponsor marks, and provides custom mockups for approval before production begins.

Question 4

Are there minimum order quantities?

Accepted Answer

No hard minimum, but pricing tiers start at 1–19 sets. Larger quantities unlock better per-set pricing.

Question 5

What is sublimation and why does it matter?

Accepted Answer

Sublimation permanently infuses dye into the fabric instead of printing graphics on top. The result: logos, names, and numbers that won't crack, peel, or fade under normal use.

Question 6

How durable is the Diamond Dri-Fit fabric?

Accepted Answer

Diamond Dri-Fit is a four-way stretch, moisture-wicking performance fabric engineered for full competitive seasons of training and play.

Question 7

Can we reorder uniforms later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We keep your team's artwork on file so reorders are fast — same design, same fit, same quality.

Question 8

Do you handle bulk orders for leagues or districts?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Our Enterprise tier (100+ sets) is built for leagues, school districts, and tournament organizers. Custom volume pricing applies.

Question 9

How do I submit our team roster?

Accepted Answer

Upload a CSV, Excel, or PDF roster with player names, numbers, and sizes inside the quote form. This speeds up production significantly.

Question 10

When do you start production?

Accepted Answer

Production begins after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Your account rep will keep you updated through every milestone.
